Having body acne isn’t exactly the most pleasant of experiences. Not only can it be painful and uncomfortable, but you may feel embarrassed and self-conscious. Shower After Sweating
It’s important to get all that dirt, sweat, bacteria, and product off your skin after exercising which is why it’s ideal to shower right after. Getting out of that exercise gear is just as essential. Even if you don’t have time for a full shower, at least use baby wipes on your body and change into fresh clothes. The sooner you shower and change, the better.
