There’s no doubt that stress can affect your body in some pretty negative ways, including the fact that it could lead to pimples popping up on your skin. Determine Your Major Areas Of Stress
Saying “I’m stressed” is such a broad statement, but it’s your response to the question “What are you stressed about?” that can help you get on the road to diminishing how much stress you have in your life. Try to be as detailed as possible with your answers, and make a list of three to five things that stress you out the most. Once you do that, it’s time to come up with a plan of how to change those stressors for the better.

Come Up With A Game Plan
So now that you determined what your primary stresses are, it’s time to come up with a game plan to change them. For example, if you absolutely loathe your job and you wake up every day miserable knowing you have to go to work, it may be time to start looking for a new job that’s going to make you happy. If money is a huge stressor as it is with many people, make a plan for what you can do to bring in extra cash such as selling items you no longer need. However, it’s not enough to just come up with a game plan, you also have to actually move forward and put it into action.

You can meditate on the train during your commute home, you can do it at home at the end of a long day, or even in the bathroom at work on your lunch hour. Make A List Of New Experiences
What does making a list of new experiences have to do with relieving stress? A couple of things actually. Many have a tendency to get so wrapped up in day-to-day responsibilities and struggles that engaging in new experiences tends to fall by the wayside. Making time for new experiences, such as learning how to swim, riding a horse, going skydiving, etc, can actually be quite inspiring and could get you moving on achieving goals you’ve always wanted to achieve. Also, these experiences are meant to be enjoyable, and having fun is one of the best ways to relieve some stress. It’s an added bonus when you’re knocking things off your bucket list as well.
